If this is seen then Mods will be able to ban them from the Forum altogether meaning they can not enter the chat at the same time. Though, if it is seen and mods are not around it should be PMed or noted to a mod ASAP. 3 Warnings are normally to be given by the mods depending of the problem then a free way ticket to being banned.
